Lundbeckfonden, Fellowships

Deadline 21 december 2017

Lundbeckfonden’s vision is to create a better life through new knowledge. The aim of the foundation’s grants is to make a significant contribution towards increasing the quality and the usability of all research-based knowledge and experience gained in the field of biomedical sciences in Denmark. At the same time, our grants must help ensure that Denmark always has the best graduates and scientists at all career levels.
Lundbeckfonden fellowships are granted to outstanding and promising young researchers who are establishing or expanding their own research groups at Danish non-profit research institutions. This applies both to Danish researchers and to researchers from abroad who wish to move to Denmark and continue their research here. The fellowships are intended for researchers who have obtained their PhD degree no less than 4 years and no more than 8 years from 21st December 2017.
The application should concern biomedicine, or science with a clear biomedical perspective.
Fellowships are awarded for five years and each fellowship amounts to DKK 10 million (approx. EUR 1.3 million).
