Professor Flemming Besenbacher receives distinguished honor

The Fortune Award for Circular Economy Leadership 2019 has been given to iNANO's founder Professor Flemming Besenbacher for his great commitment to promoting circular economy in Denmark and internationally.

On Monday evening, January 21, 2019, Professor Flemming Besenbacher received the prestigious award, The Fortune Award for Circular Economy Leadership 2019, which was awarded under the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Switzerland.

The Circulars is an initiative led by the World Economic Forum and the Forum of Young Global Leaders in collaboration with Accenture Strategy. The Circulars Awards, which have been awarded since 2014, are the most widely recognised in the world of circular economy. The awards commend the individuals and organisations worldwide who contribute significantly to promoting the circular economy of the private sector, public sector, and civil society.
