As mentioned above, it is now mandatory to buy lab gloves and safety glasses using this agreement and as the Procurement Department has managed to obtain very favorable prizes on especially lab gloves, chances are that you actually may be able to save money using this agreement.
It can be quite a challenge to switch suppliers. Fortunately, Rita Rosendahl, laboratory technician in Jørgen Kjems’ group, has insider-knowledge about this agreement as she has been part of the user group, who has advised AU’s Procurement Department on the agreement.
